Fulton Partners with The PHCC of Massachusetts

The Fulton Group, LLC has reached an agreement with The Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors of Massachusetts (PHCC of MA, www.phccma.org) to establish and administer a purchasing cooperative on behalf of its membership.
