Fulton Executives Speak at Fall Meeting of CCA

The Construction Contractors’ Alliance (CCA), an enhanced service group of the PHCC Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Contractors National Association (www.phccweb.org) helps plumbing and mechanical new construction contractors address the many challenges they face in today’s new business world. CCA serves PHCC’s plumbing and mechanical contractors specializing in residential, industrial, commercial and institutional new construction.
Fall 2007 Meeting featured speakers Joe Piro and Mark Munroe from The Fulton Group discussed the managed service decision faced today by most contractors. “The supply chain has undergone a number of significant changes, particularly over the last five years”, affirmed Piro, “and we’d like to help explain how these changes have impacted your organization. Profit pockets exist in nearly every point along the supply chain and many companies don’t have the in-house resources to tap into them.” Through a roundtable discussion facilitated by Mark Munroe, business owners then had an opportunity to share their personal purchasing and inventory experiences. |
